The main section is a two-storey building with several meeting rooms, and access both from the High Street and the service road behind it. The large open entrance area will serve as an informal meeting place with cafe-style seating and an adjacent kitchen. There will be direct access from a disabled parking area, and a lift to the first floor. Attached to the main building is a single-storey hall equipped for sports, entertainment and other uses.
